These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of RealClips (“we”, “us”), an AI content-generation product operated by the RealClips team. By creating an account or using RealClips you accept these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy . If you do not accept them, do not use RealClips.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a paid plan. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. One account per person; you are responsible for activity under your account.

2. What RealClips does

RealClips generates short-form vertical videos (“clips”), image posts, carousels, and related social copy on your behalf, using third-party AI models we call for you. The specific vendors we use are listed in the Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use RealClips to generate or publish:

• Sexual content involving minors, in any form.
• Non-consensual intimate content, deepfake pornography, or content sexualizing real identifiable persons without consent.
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for mass violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
• Content that provides instructions for creating chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear (CBRN) weapons.
• Impersonation of a real person, brand, or public figure in a way likely to deceive.
• Content that violates the intellectual-property or publicity rights of another person.
• Malware, phishing pages, or content designed to defraud viewers.
• Content that violates any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

We enforce this list with automated blocklists and manual review. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without prior notice.

4. Your content and license to us

You keep ownership of the content you upload, the prompts you write, and the clips we generate for you. You grant RealClips a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of running the product for you (including sending it to the third-party AI vendors named in the Privacy Policy, and publishing it to platforms you explicitly connect). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

5. Third-party content and stock media

Clips may include stock video or images from Pexels or Pixabay. Their respective licences (Pexels License, Pixabay License) apply to that stock content and generally permit commercial use without attribution. You are responsible for confirming licence compatibility for your intended use, especially for content with identifiable people or recognisable trademarks.

6. AI-generated content labels

Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn each have their own rules requiring you to label AI-generated or AI-modified content when you publish it. You are responsible for enabling those platform-specific labels when posting. When you publish through RealClips, we set the label flags each platform's API exposes; where the platform requires manual disclosure in the caption, that is on you.

7. Payment and refunds

Paid subscriptions (once available) are billed in advance in the currency shown at checkout, monthly or annually. Prices exclude taxes unless stated. You may cancel any time from Settings; cancellation stops future billing and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Unused monthly quota does not roll over or refund.

We do not refund prior charges except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, email hello@realclips.ai within 30 days.

8. Account termination

You may delete your account any time from Settings → Delete Account, or via the flow at realclips.ai/data-deletion . We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate section 3, that chargeback undisputed charges, or that are inactive for over 12 months (with 30 days' notice before deletion of long-inactive accounts).

9. Disclaimer of warranties

RealClips is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI generation is probabilistic; we do not warrant that generated content is accurate, appropriate, or free of artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RealClips, its officers, and its employees from any claim arising from content you generate, upload, or publish through RealClips that violates section 3, third-party rights, or applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the change. If you disagree, stop using RealClips and delete your account.
